The villas are located in Rotonda in an area of luxury homes, ten minutes from some of Florida's finest beaches near the Gulf of Mexico. It is quietly and peaceful, but nevertheless within reach of the many attractions Florida is famous for. It is situated an hour north of Ft. Myers and an hour south of Sarasota making it a central point to plan day trips around.

Port Charlotte only a 15 minutes drive away, has been voted 'Best Place to live in the South' by 'Money Magazine' several times and one of the overall top five 'Best places to live in America'

Take a walk on the beach, play some golf, go for a sail or have a delicious diner and enjoy the view of the bay and the sunsets. You will want to return time & again to the comfort of a lifestyle that offers an escape from the everyday stresses of today & the hectic pace of life.

With so many beautiful beaches along the Gulf Coast, you'll enjoy shelling, swimming, sun-soaking or simply walking. Extending from Manasota Key in the north, to Boca Grande in the south, each one promises a unique experience. Our favourite beaches are Blind Pass known locally as Middle Beach, Stump Pass Beach which is one of the most beautiful in Florida and any one of the three on Gasparilla Island. All are within a short drive & have good parking, normally free.

If golf is your passion, then our villa is the place for you. Boasting five courses, there's something here for both the novice and the experienced golfer.

The villas are also an ideal base for boating, fishing and a variety of water sports. This area has some of the most sensational fresh and saltwater fishing in southwest Florida. Tarpon, kingfish, grouper, snook, reds, bass and trout are all here. Nearby Boca Grande is hailed as the world capital for tarpon fishing.

Rotonda is an ideal base for day trips to explore the many local attractions. The Everglades and Islands are just 2 hours drive to the south. Tampa Bay with Busch Gardens is 90 minutes drive to the north and we think this is one of the best theme parks for families. Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World in Central Florida, only 2.5 hours drive away.
